After over eight years of using Modernbill as our billing system and its purchase by Plesk and subsequent decline in support, we have migrated to a new billing system that offers regular updates and a much better interface that integrates the billing system and support system into one. You now no longer have to login to two separate places for billing and support!
To get your new password for the system simply go to the client area login page and click on the Forgot Password link. A password reset email will be sent to the main email on file for your account. All data from the previous billing and support systems has been migrated into the new system so you can view all your historical invoices and support tickets. This change should also significantly reduce some of the issues we had been seeing lately with domain renewals.
