If you see this message when you try to open your website then it is obvious that your hosting account has been suspended. There are several reasons that might have led to this:
1. Yourweb hostingaccount has expired due to non-payment.
2. The account has been suspended for a reason such as violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Please open a support ticket and we would be happy to look into the issue for you. You may also want to check to see if any email notices from us have gone to your spam folder as you may have an invoice due that you are not aware of. Another way to check for oustanding invoices is to log into the Client Area.
